5. Form under Committee off-budget fund on support of the sphere of industrial safety (further - Fund) without the status of the legal entity.

a) sources of forming of fund are:

the means arriving in Committee from rendering the state services in the field of industrial, radiation and industrial safety according to the procedure and the sizes established by the legislation;

means in the amount of 40 percent of the amount of the penalties collected by Committee at business entities, their officials and physical persons for violation of requirements of the legislation in the field of industrial, radiation and nuclear safety and regulating documents in the field of technical regulation according to the procedure and the sizes established by the legislation;

means of the international financial institutions, grants of the donor organizations;

other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation;

b) fund is allocated on:

strengthening of material and technical resources of Committee and the organizations in its system;

implementation in activities of Committee of information technologies and their upgrade;

material stimulation and social protection of employees of Committee;

preparation, retraining, advanced training of employees of Committee and passing of training by them, including organization of official journeys to foreign countries, ensuring participation in the international conferences, seminars and other actions;

rendering expert and advisory services in the sphere of radiation and nuclear safety;

financing of other actions connected with support and development of activities of Committee.

6. Grant to the chairman of Committee the right:

establish the additional stimulating payments for employees of Committee by fund on the basis of assessment of key performance indicators of their activities;

attract foreign specialized institutes and the companies, and also foreign specialists and experts to implementation of works on examination for the purpose of licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. To committee:

a) in week time to approve structure of Department;
