About measures for enhancement of system of public administration and control in the field of use of subsoil, industrial, radiation and nuclear safety, and also use of atomic energy
In recent years consistently number of the measures aimed at ensuring compliance with the legislation in case of control of use of subsoil, industrial, radiation and nuclear safety is implemented. At the same time along with upgrade of industries and commissioning of new production capacities urgent is task of reduction of system of public administration and control in compliance with international standards, and also strengthenings of measures for prevention of offenses in the field.
For the purpose of enhancement of system of public administration and control in the field of use of subsoil, industrial, radiation and nuclear safety and use of atomic energy, and also implementation of the advanced mechanisms of regulation of this area:
1. Agree with offers of the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of the mining industry and geology, the Ministry of Economics and finance and the Department of Energy on education:
a) based on Inspectorate for control of mining, geological and industrial safety under the Ministry of the mining industry and geology:
Committee of industrial, radiation and nuclear safety under the Cabinet of Ministers (further - Committee);
Inspectorates for control of the sphere of the mining industry and geology under the Ministry of the mining industry and geology (further - Inspection);
b) The agencies on atomic energy under the Cabinet of Ministers (further - the Agency) based on Agency on development of nuclear power in case of the Department of Energy.
2. Approve the Procedure for distribution of functions and established posts of Inspectorate for control of mining, geological and industrial safety under the Ministry of the mining industry and geology according to appendix No. 1.
3. Determine that:
