1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item;

4) bringing this order to data of akimats of areas and the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent for management in work.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard provision of the commission on acceptance of kandas

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Standard provision of the commission on acceptance of kandas is developed in compliance the subitem 114) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2017 No. 81 "Some questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determines tasks and functions of the commission on acceptance of kandas (further - the Commission).

2. The commission is permanent advisory advisory body in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial units.

Chapter 2. Organization of activities of the Commission

9. The commission according to the task assigned to it performs the following functions:

1) considers applications of kandas for inclusion in regional quota of acceptance of kandas and documents enclosed to the application, and takes out recommendations of inclusion or of refusal in inclusion in regional quota of acceptance of kandas;

2) considers applications of ethnic Kazakhs on assignment of the status of kandas and the documents enclosed to the application, and takes out recommendations of refusal in assignment to the applicant of the status of kandas or about assignment of the status of kandas;

3) considers applications of ethnic Kazakhs on prolongation of the status of kandas and the documents enclosed to the application, and takes out recommendations of refusal in prolongation to the applicant of the status of kandas or about prolongation of the status of kandas.

10. Commission session is convoked by its chairman within three working days from the date of receipt of lists of kandas of the areas provided by local executive bodies, the cities of republican value, the capital.

11. Recommendations of the Commission are accepted by open voting, by a majority vote from total number of the members of the commission who are present at its meeting. In case of equality of votes, vote the commission chairman's voice is decisive.

The recommendation of the Commission are competent in the presence of two thirds of total number of its structure.

12. Recommendations of the commission are drawn up in the form of the minutes of the commission and signed by the chairman, the secretary, the present members of the commission.

Members of the commission state disagreements in the form of special opinion in writing and apply it to the minutes of the Commission.
