About measures for ensuring execution of the agreements reached within the III Tashkent international investment forum and the regular meeting of Council of foreign investors

Within the III Tashkent international investment forum and the second plenary session of Council of foreign investors held on May 2-3, 2024 more than 2 500 foreign participants from 93 countries of the world took part, agreements on intergovernmental and interdepartmental documents, implementation of investment projects worth over 26 billion US dollars are reached, and also offers and initiatives of strengthening of the investment climate in the republic are developed.
For the purpose of ensuring unconditional and timely realization in full the reached agreements, signed documents, and also the made proposals and initiatives within the III Tashkent international investment forum and the second plenary session of Council of foreign investors:
1. Approve:
The plan of practical actions ("Road map") for implementation of investment agreements and the agreements reached within the III Tashkent international investment forum according to appendix No. 1;
The plan of practical actions ("Road map") for implementation of offers and the initiatives announced at III Tashkent international investment forum according to appendix No. 2;
The plan of practical actions ("Road map") for implementation of offers and the initiatives announced at the second plenary session of Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
2. To the ministries, departments, economic associations and commercial banks, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and city of Tashkent:
in week time to develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers specific mechanisms by industries, regions and areas, and also monthly complex industry schedules of realization until the end of 2024 of each project determined by "road maps";
provide effective, unconditional, high-quality and complete realization at the scheduled time of all the signed documents and the reached agreements provided by "road maps";
