Join the International convention about protection of the rights of contractors, manufacturers of soundtracks and the broadcasting organizations (Rome, on October 26, 1961) taking into account the following clauses:
1) on Item 2 of Article 6 of the International convention: "The Republic of Uzbekistan declares that it will provide protection of transfer to ether only if the headquarters of the broadcasting organization is located in other Contracting state and transfer is performed by means of the transmitter located in the same Contracting state";
2) according to the subitem and) (iii) of Item 1 of Article 16 of the International convention: "The Republic of Uzbekistan declares that it will not apply Article 12 to soundtracks which manufacturer is not citizen or the legal entity of other Contracting state".
