About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Bases of Administration and Administrative Production"

Article 1. State heading of Chapter 13 of the Law of February 18, 2004, ZR-41 "About bases of administration and administrative production" (dalee-Zakon) in the following edition:
"Chapter 13. Forced execution of monetary claims".
Article 2. In article 88 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "are subject to execution" "are subject to forced execution";
Shall be replaced with words 2) In parts 1 and 2 of the word "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" "About enforcement proceeding";
3) to State part 2.1 B of the following edition:
"2.1. The decision on property attachment of the obliged person is submitted in service of forced execution according to the procedure, established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About enforcement proceeding.";
4) parts 3, of 4, 4.1, 5 and 6 to recognize invalid.
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
