Article 4. To state part 2 of article 163 of the Code in the following edition:
"2. The action provided by part of 1 this Article which was made:
1) in relation to the expectant mother,
2) concerning the minor,
3) by previous concert groups of persons,
4) concerning person which is in material or other dependence on the criminal
5) from mercenary motives,
6) to the person with problems of mental health or
7) close relative, partner or former partner:
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of four up to eight years.".
Article 5. To state part 2 of article 164 of the Code in the following edition:
"2. The action provided by part of 1 this Article which was made:
1) in relation to the expectant mother,
2) in relation to person which is down and out
3) concerning the minor,
4) from mercenary motives,
5) to the person with problems of mental health or
6) close relative, partner or former partner:
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of two up to five years.".
