Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic based on Items 1 and 2, decides in connection with implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 30, 2021 No. 471-VIQ "About Media", decides:
Article 1. In Article 102.4 and the first offer of Article 126.1 of the Penitentiary code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 8 (The book III, Article 586 (volume I)) the word "broadcasts" to replace with the word "programs".
Article 2. In the Electoral Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 6, Article 274 (volume I) to make the following changes:
2.1. In Articles 1.1. 21, 2.6.2, 40.8, 40.12, 40.15, 44.8, 55.2.6, secondly offers of Articles 60.7 and 68. 6, in Article 95.2 in the third offer, in the first offer of Article 96. 9, in Articles 109.2-109. 4, 110.3, 115.1.7, in paragraphs one of Articles 159. 159.2, 192.1, 228.1 and 228.2 words of "mass media" in the corresponding cases shall be replaced with words 1, "subjects of media" in the corresponding cases.
