The Section V of the Provision on implementation of mechanisms of encouragement of exposers and forming of culture of messages on the possible facts of the corruption or connected with corruption offenses, other violations of the law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" in Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine, the Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the order of July 05, 2022 134, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2022 at No. 911/38247, to exclude No.
2. Make changes to the Procedure for the organization of work with messages on the possible facts of the corruption or connected with corruption offenses, other violations of the law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" of July 05, 2022 No. 134, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2022 at No. 911/38247, having been reworded as follows it which is applied Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine, the Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the order.
3. To submit to the sector of prevention and identification of corruption this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
