This Provision determines types, structure of official publications of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Ministry of Justice) in the sphere of intellectual property (further - official publications) and the scope of information, published in them.
1. Official publications are placed electronically on the page of the Ministry of Justice on the world information Internet and the following data are published in them:
about requests for patent grant for the invention;
about the patents granted on inventions, useful models and industrial designs;
about registered trade marks, service marks, names of places of goods origin and geographical instructions;
about the registered programs, databases and topology of integrated circuits for electronic computers (further - EVM);
about requests for patent grant for selection achievement and patents granted on selection achievement;
about the changes entered in the corresponding state registers connected with the registered intellectual property items including about the license agreements and agreements connected with assignment of rights;
about other official information on questions of intellectual property.
2. Official publications are published in state language, and also in one of official languages of World Intellectual Property Organization (further - VOIS).
3. The data on intellectual property items published in official publications are open for use by physical persons and legal entities.
4. Treat types of official publications of the Ministry of Justice:
a) Statement;
b) The collection of annual indexes to the statement;
d) The annual statement of the Ministry of Justice about activities in the sphere of intellectual property.
5. The statement is published in the following forms:
Statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs";
Statement "Trademarks, Service Marks, Names of Places of Goods Origin and Geographical Instructions";
Statement "Computer programs. Databases. Topology of integrated chips";
Statement "Selection Achievements".
6. Statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs" is the periodic electronic edition and it is published at least once a month.
Statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs" daily is replenished with the data collected during the term specified on its title page.
At the same time date of the official publication of data date of their placement in the statement is considered.
7. Statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs" consists of the following Sections:
Inventions;
Useful models;
Industrial designs;
Messages.
8. In the Section "Inventions" of the statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs" are displayed data on requests for patent grant on inventions and the granted patents for inventions.
In the scope of information, published in the Section "Inventions" of the statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs", enter:
the list of the international codes for identification of the bibliographic data relating to inventions on the VOIS ST.9 standard;
data on requests for patent grant on inventions;
data on classified and numerical indexes of requests for patent grant on the invention;
data on the granted patents for inventions;
data on classified, numerical and name indices of the patents granted on inventions.
9. About requests for patent grant for the invention are the scope of information:
bibliographic data;
paper of the invention.
10. About the patents granted on inventions enter the scope of information:
bibliographic data;
invention formula.
11. In the Section "Useful Models" of the statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs" are displayed data on the patents granted on useful model.
In the scope of information, published in the Section "Useful Models" of the statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs", enter:
the list of the international codes of identification of the bibliographic data relating to useful models on the VOIS ST.9 standard;
data on the patents granted on useful models;
classified, numerical and name indices of the patents granted on useful models.
12. About the patents granted on useful models enter the scope of information:
bibliographic data;
paper of useful model.
13. In the Section "Industrial designs" of the statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs" are displayed data on the patents granted on industrial design.
In the scope of information, published in the Section "Industrial designs" of the statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs", enter:
the list of the international codes for identification of the bibliographic data relating to industrial designs according to the VOIS ST.80 standard;
data on the patents granted on industrial designs;
classified, numerical and name indices of the patents granted on industrial designs.
14. About the patents granted on industrial designs enter the scope of information:
bibliographic data;
image of industrial design.
15. In the Section "Messages" of the statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs" are displayed license agreements about use of inventions, useful models and industrial designs and agreements on assignment of rights on these objects to other persons, and also data on the changes entered in the state registers of inventions, useful models and industrial designs and other official information on questions of intellectual property.
16. In case of lack of data for the publication on one of Sections as a part of the statement "Inventions. Useful models. Industrial designs" the sequence of Sections given in this Chapter remains, with exception of this Section.
