1. Approve the enclosed Rules of representation by producers of goods, importers of the goods of the reporting on the mass of the goods, packaging made in the territory of the Russian Federation or imported from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union including about spoiled or about defective goods, about packaging, data on the goods exported from the Russian Federation, packaging, the reporting on the mass of goods, the packagings imported from the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Determine that concerning goods, packaging, packaging into which the goods are packed imported from January 1, 2024 to January 1, 2026 into the Russian Federation from the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, importers of goods for the accounting periods of 2024 and 2025 the reporting on the mass of the goods, including the goods which are packaging, imported from the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to part 9 of article 7 of the Federal Law of August 4, 2023 No. 451-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" in time, stipulated in Item the 17th article 24.2-1 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" under form according to appendix No. 1 to the Rules approved by this resolution is submitted.

3.
