About approval of Rules of approval of construction of facilities of capital construction in borders of the parcels of land necessary for exploration and production of minerals if the parcel of land is located in borders of mineral deposits which inventories are considered by the state stock balance of minerals, and (or) in borders of the subsoil plots provided in use in the form of mountain branch

According to article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About subsoil" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of approval of construction of facilities of capital construction in borders of the parcels of land necessary for exploration and production of minerals if the parcel of land is located in borders of mineral deposits which inventories are considered by the state stock balance of minerals, and (or) in borders of the subsoil plots provided in use in the form of mountain branch.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024 and is effective till August 31, 2030.
