About approval of the Regulations on system of public health in the Security Service of Ukraine

According to Articles 10, 13 Laws of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", Articles 6, 9 Laws of Ukraine "About system of public health", Articles 27, 28, 30 Laws of Ukraine of "Basis of the legislation of Ukraine about health protection", for the purpose of prevention of infectious diseases and ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing in the Security Service of Ukraine of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Regulations on system of public health in the enclosed Security Service of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Central management of the Security Service of Ukraine of July 1, 2014 No. 358 "About approval of the Regulations on the public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the Security Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2014 at No. 841/25618.

3. To provide to legal support division and Military-medical management of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
