1. Approve the enclosed Rules and term of realization of pilot project on marking and traceability of alcoholic products (except for wine in bulk (wine material) and brewing products) with use of information QazTrack service.
2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) carrying out pilot project during the period from May 10, 2024 to April 30, 2025 inclusive with assistance of the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Banknote factory of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (in coordination);
2) the direction of the copy of this order in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
