2. The realization of this resolution is enabled within the established extreme number of federal executive bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided to these federal executive bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. To federal executive bodies, other federal bodies of the government (federal state bodies) and the organizations performing temporary export of the property belonging on the property right of the Russian Federation out of limits of the Russian Federation in 6-month time to bring the normative legal and other acts into accord with this resolution.
