the list of pollutants which dumping into systems of centralized water disposal is normalized.

Procedure for development of standard rates of maximum permissible dumping of pollutants into systems of centralized water disposal

1. This Procedure establishes requirements to development of standard rates of maximum permissible dumping of pollutants into systems of centralized water disposal which can be present at composition of the sewage arriving in treatment facilities of systems of centralized water disposal.

2. Requirements of this Procedure extend to the subjects of managing designing treatment facilities of systems of centralized water disposal, the subjects of managing performing activities for centralized water disposal, the public authorities, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local government bodies performing regulation, supervision and control of use and protection of waters and reproduction of water resources, of service quality on water disposal and water disposal condition.

3. In this Procedure terms are used in the following sense:

threshold limit value of the contaminating substance - the maximum content of pollutant in 1 cubic decimeter of the sewage arriving to treatment facilities of systems of centralized water disposal;

maximum permissible dumping of the contaminating substance - the maximum content of pollutant in the sewage arriving in treatment facilities of systems of centralized water disposal within a day.

Other terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About water disposal and sewage treatment".

4. Norms of maximum permissible dumping of pollutant into systems of centralized water disposal are determined when designing new and reconstruction of the available treatment facilities of systems of centralized water disposal, and also in case of development of production schedules of their further operation based on basic data about availability in the sewage arriving in treatment facilities, pollutants, entering the list of pollutants which dumping into systems of centralized water disposal is normalized of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 29, 2024 No. 364, and the additional pollutants determined by developer of such norms.

5. Indicators of availability of pollutants in the sewage arriving in treatment facilities of systems of centralized water disposal, and amounts of the specified sewage for calculation of maximum permissible dumping of pollutant into systems of centralized water disposal are determined according to this Procedure taking into account provisions DBN B. 2.5-75:2013 "the Sewerage. External networks and constructions. Basic provisions of designing" in partial regulations of amount of pollutants.

6. The indicator of maximum permissible dumping of the pollutant entering the list of pollutants which dumping into systems of centralized water disposal is normalized of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 29, 2024 No. 364, is determined proceeding from measure value of threshold limit value of pollutant and the maximum amount of the sewage arriving in treatment facilities of system of centralized water disposal per day.

7. The indicator of threshold limit value of pollutant is established taking into account total quantity of pollutant which can arrive on treatment facilities of system of centralized water disposal, but at least measure value of the maximum concentration of pollutants in sewage which can arrive on treatment facilities of the systems of centralized water disposal given in appendix.

8. Engineering procedures and methods of sewage treatment and processing of rainfall shall provide possibility of sewage treatment to the level provided by the requirements established in permission to special water use for such treatment facilities.
