1. In paragraph nine of the subitem "v" of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for building of the areas of bedding of minerals of the nation-wide value approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 17, 1995 No. 33 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 3, of the Art. 80), words", and the signature is sealed" to exclude.
2. In Item 7 of the Regulations on the Unified state register of the companies and the organizations of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 22, 1996 No. 118 "About creation of the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 6, Art. 193; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 25, of the Art. 1443) to exclude the words "also it is noted on its seals and stamps".
