2) of March 6, 2024 No. 121/Tax Code "About approval of the list of the types of activity which are technology connected with production of services in safety of storage of the state electronic information resources placed on information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government".

3. To provide to corporate management department of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" within five working days from the date of signing of the order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

2. creation, customization, development, maintenance and system technical maintenance of objects of informatization, including "the electronic government" and their realization for export in coordination with authorized body in the field of informatization;

3. methodological providing and project management on creation and development of objects of informatization, including "the electronic government" for realization for export;
