1. Payment rate from net profit of the state companies and economic societies which 100 percent of the authorized capital belong to the state, determined by results of financial and economic activities, according to tax accounting in 2022 and subsequent years to establish in the amount of 10 percent.

2. The payment rate from the net profit belonging to the state of share of the state companies and economic societies which more than 50 percent of the authorized capital belong to the state determined by results of financial and economic activities according to tax accounting for 2022 and the next years after introduction of payment, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, in accordance with the established procedure to establish in the amount of 30 percent. This provision is not applied to credit and insurance companies.

3. To list to the state companies and economic societies the payments established in Items 1 and 2 of this resolution in the republican budget no later than July 1 of the following after accounting year.

4. To the central public authorities and local executive bodies of the government with participation in general meetings of shareholders of economic societies to take measures for ensuring accomplishment of Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

5. Annually till the February 1 following after accounting year respectively to represent to the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, the ministries and departments the list of the state companies and economic societies provided by Items 1 and 2 of this resolution to the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

6. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to open separate code in classification of profitable and account part of the government budget for the purpose of payment transfer, specified in Items 1 and 2 of this resolution, in the income of the republican budget.

7. To the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide collection of the payments specified in Items 1 and 2 of this resolution and till April 1, 2023 to open personal accounts on each business entity;

- provide information in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan and local executive bodies of the government till April 20 after accounting year about net profit of the state companies and economic societies and till July 1 after the termination of accounting year about payment receipt in the republican budget, according to appendices 1 and 2.

8. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 2, 2013 No. 499 "About non-tax payments in the income of the government budget by net profit of the state companies and joint-stock companies which more than 50 percent of shares belong to the state".
