About some questions of classification of goods according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
For the purpose of implementation of requirements of article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) form of the decision on classification of goods according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the CN FEA EEU) according to appendix 1;
2) the Procedure for filling of the decision on classification of goods according to the CN FEA EEU according to appendix 2;
3) the Procedure and terms of decision making about classification of goods according to the CN FEA EEU according to appendix 3;
4) form of the decision on change of the decision on classification of goods according to the CN FEA EEU according to appendix 4;
5) the Procedure for filling of the decision on change of the decision on classification of goods according to the CN FEA EEU according to appendix 5;
6) the Procedure and terms of decision making about change of the decision on classification of goods according to the CN FEA EEU according to appendix 6.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions in the field of customs affairs" of February 13, 2020 No. 79 the following change:
- to recognize form "B" of appendix 16 invalid.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
