According to Article 53 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Charter and structure of Public institution "International university of tourism and entrepreneurship of Tajikistan" (appendices 1 and 2).

2. Exclude the paragraph the thirty first of the List of the companies and organizations of system of the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 No. 147 "About the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan".
