About the State quota of drugs and psychotropic substances
According to article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the State quota of drugs and psychotropic substances it (is applied).
2. The certificate on import of drugs and psychotropic substances without receipt of the license is issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan only to organizations of the state judicial examination of the Republic of Tajikistan for their use in the judicial and expert activities connected with examination of drugs and psychotropic substances.
3. To the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and accept rules of import, export and legal drug trafficking and psychotropic substances.
4. To provide to the relevant ministries and departments accomplishment of this resolution.
5. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- of August 29, 2003 No. 381 "About approval of the State quota for drugs";
- of October 3, 2006 No. 462 "About approval of the State annual quota for psychotropic substances".
