3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2019 No. 27 "About form of the reporting 2210 "Information on the forthcoming payments and receipts on principal payment of debt and percent on external debt obligations and debt requirements of bank to nonresidents";
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2021 No. 332 "About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2019 No. 27".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2027 and is applied when forming the reporting as of April 1, 2027 and subsequent reporting dates.

This Instruction determines procedure for creation and submission of information on form of the reporting 2210 "Information on the forthcoming payments and receipts on principal payment of debt and percent on external debt obligations and debt requirements to nonresidents" (further – the reporting) banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further – banks).
2. For the purposes of this Instruction the terms below are used in the following values:
debt obligations – set of obligations of bank to nonresidents in the form of the attracted loans, loans, deposits (deposits), other obligations, except for derivative tools, hedging instruments and equity instruments;
debt requirements – set of requirements of bank to nonresidents in the form of cash in foreign currency, granted loans, loans, the placed deposits (deposits), securities emitted by nonresidents, other requirements, except for derivative tools, hedging instruments and equity instruments.
The terms "derivative tool", "hedging instrument" are used in the values determined by the International accounting standard (IFRS) 9 "Financial instruments" enacted by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2016 No. 1119/35.
The term "equity instrument" is used in the value determined by the International accounting standard (IAS) 32 "Financial instruments: representation", the enacted resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 19, 2016 No. 657/20.
The term "nonresidents" is used in the value determined by subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control".
3. The reporting is created as of the 1st day of quarter (on January 1, on April 1, on July 1 and on October 1) and it is represented no later than the 13th working day of the month following reporting quarter.
4. The amounts of the forthcoming payments on the main amount of debt and debenture interests and debt requirements are reflected in the reporting in accordance with the terms of the signed agreements.
