About approval of Requirements to lists of the certified means of the qualified digital signature or seal
According to part six of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services", Items 4, of 8, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 18, 2019 856, ORDER to No.:
1. Approve Requirements to lists of the certified means of the qualified digital signature or seal which are attached.
2. The conformity assessment bodies accredited on carrying out certification of means of the qualified digital signature or seal create and publish lists of the means of the qualified digital signature or seal certified by them on the official websites, and also provide to the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine, lists of the means of the qualified digital signature or seal certified by them within a month from the date of entry into force of this order.
3. To provide to the sector of IT (Tsikhanovsky R. V.) forming and the publication on the official website of the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine within two months from the date of entry into force of this order, and also support in urgent condition of the list of all means of the qualified digital signature or the seal certified by the conformity assessment bodies accredited on carrying out certification of means of the qualified digital signature or seal.
4. To provide to management of development of digitalization (Haleev A. P.) in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
