1. Approve the enclosed Approval procedure on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation - to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, liquids - reducers of AUS 32 and AUS nitrogen oxides 40, of the CN FEA EEU classified by codes 3102 10 100 0 and 3102 10 900 0.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of the industry and trade of the Russian Federation M. N. Yurin.

3. This order is effective till November 30, 2024 inclusive.

2. the sender of industrial output (the name of the legal entity or surname, name and middle name (the last - in the presence) the individual entrepreneur, the address within the location (for the legal entity), registration address at the place of residence (for the individual entrepreneur);

The department within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the statement and the documents specified in Items 2 and 3 of this Procedure checks the statement and documents for compliance to requirements of Items 2 and 3 of this Procedure, and also completeness (except for the data represented according to Items 2 and 3 of this Procedure in case of their availability) and reliability of the data containing in them.

6. In case of the discrepancy of the statement and documents specified in Items 2 and 3 of this Procedure, to requirements of Items 2 and 3 of this Procedure and (or) incompleteness (except for the data represented according to Items 2 and 3 of this Procedure in case of their availability) and (or) unauthenticity of the data provided by the applicant the Department within 5 working days from the date of the end of check, the stipulated in Item 5 presents About, sends to the applicant the notification signed by the department director (or person, it replacing), about need of elimination of the revealed violations no later than 30 working days from the date of the direction of the notification in time.

8. In case of not elimination by the applicant of the revealed violations in time, specified in Item 7 of this Procedure, the Department makes the decision on refusal in issue of the export permit and within 5 working days from the date of adoption of such decision directs it to the applicant with appendix applications and the documents directed according to Items 2 and 3 of this Procedure.

9. The applicant to whom it is refused issue of the export permit according to Item 8 of this Procedure has the right to file repeatedly petition, stipulated in Item 1 this Procedure, in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
