About some questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Determine that financing of the republican public institutions specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 "About some questions of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
the list of the state companies and public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
add with Item 6-1 of the following content:
"6-1. Management of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the area Zhanasemey Departamenta of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the area Abay Komiteta of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
add with Item 9-1 of the following content:
"9-1. Management of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the area Makanshy Departamenta of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the area Abay Komiteta of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
add with Item 56-1 of the following content:
