About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of threads from anid

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of threads from the anid classified by code 5402 19 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till April 30, 2027 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 5402 19 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "63C)" to replace with the reference "93C)";

b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:

declare the note 17C invalid;

add with the note 93C of the following content:

"93C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 22, 2024 No. 34 till 30.04.2027 inclusive.".

3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
