1. Assign since March 1, 2024 to heads of the ministries and departments, executive bodies on places, the companies and the organizations with the state participation, the highest educational organizations the talented and gifted, and also needing individual approach youth on the basis of "Balance of youth" according to the decision of the Republican commission on coordination of questions of work with youth in makhallyakh. 3. Agree with the offer of the Agency on cases of youth, the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change, and also the Ministry of Economics and finance on implementation of procedure for allocation on competitive basis of means at the first stage to the 200-fold size of basic settlement size on 100 volunteer projects in such socially important spheres as ecology and promotion of healthy lifestyle.

4. For the purpose of broad promoting of entrepreneurship among youth and creation of additional opportunities for occupation business:

a) direct at least 40 percent of the credits allocated within the program of family entrepreneurship for development of youth entrepreneurship;

b) implement the practice of carrying out the tenders "Young Entrepreneur" providing since June 1, 2024:

carrying out by the Agency on cases of youth of competitive selection of perspective business projects and the ideas of youth at the stages "makhallya-the area-the area-the republic". At the same time special attention is paid to projects and the ideas of young entrepreneurs with disability;

allocation of soft credits to the 1000-fold size of basic settlement size on each project which underwent selection at republican stage;

the direction for advanced training to the foreign states of authors of the business projects and the ideas which became winners at the expense of Fund of support of young entrepreneurs.

6. Since March 1, 2024:

implement practice of the direction of fund of "Youth notebook" on training of youth in foreign languages and professions;

start the special Ustoz platform on training of youth in modern professions by means of which at the initial stage to provide scope of 250 thousand young people;

start the Academy of Girls platform on training of young women and girls in such modern professions as entrepreneurship, marketing and graphical design by means of which to organize for them various competitions, projects, educational the camp and training.

Determine the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty (B. Musayev), Committee of family and women (O. Parpiboyev) and Agency on cases of youth (A. Sajdullayev) responsible for complete, high-quality and unconditional execution of this Item.

7. For the purpose of creation of more favorable conditions for business as major factor of development of national economy to provide within "The program of support of business" creation until the end of 2024 of necessary conditions on:

to attraction to occupation business of 2 million citizens by realization of package of measures of support;

to employment of 5 million citizens by creation of new workplaces.

Determine the deputy prime minister D. A. Kuchkarov responsible for complete, high-quality and unconditional execution of this Item.

8. Since July 1, 2024 concerning the companies starting production with the known international brands:
