Collection payment procedure for giving of objection concerning registration of the traditional guaranteed feature

1. This Procedure determines the collection payment mechanism for giving of objection concerning registration of the traditional guaranteed feature (further - collection).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About features of legal protection of geographical instructions for agricultural products and foodstuff, protection of the rights and application of schemes of quality including the traditional guaranteed features for agricultural products and foodstuff".

3. Collection is paid by the interested persons citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, stateless persons, the companies, organizations, the organizations, other legal entities (in particular foreign) who give to Minagropolitiki the objections concerning registration of the traditional guaranteed feature which are drawn up according to the requirements established by Minagropolitiki.

4. Collection is paid in national currency in the amount of, established by the legislation.

The amount of collection does not join the cost of the banking and any other services connected with collection payment.

5. Collection is paid into the account of Minagropolitiki which details are posted on the official website of Minagropolitiki.

6. Payment of collection is performed based on the payment instruction which is drawn up by the payer in electronic or paper form.

In detail of the payment instruction "Purpose of payment" are specified:
