1. Approve:

2) form of the reporting on the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied in the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region and in the territories of Southern Kuril, Kuril and North Kuril city districts of the Sakhalin region, and the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under such customs procedure (appendix No. 2);

3) procedure for filling of form of the reporting on the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied in the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region and in the territories of Southern Kuril, Kuril and North Kuril city districts of the Sakhalin region, and the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under such customs procedure (appendix No. 3);

4) procedure and terms of submission to customs authority of the reporting on the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied in the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region and in the territories of Southern Kuril, Kuril and North Kuril city districts of the Sakhalin region, and the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under such customs procedure (appendix No. 4).

Declare invalid the order of FCS of Russia of March 25, 2013 No. 565 "About approval of forms of the reporting on the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, and goods, the made (received) with use foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone in the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region, procedure for their filling and procedure for representation to customs authority of the reporting on such goods" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 23.04. 2013, registration No. 28258).

3. This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

1. The member of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region and in the territories of Southern Kuril, Kuril and North Kuril city districts of the Sakhalin region <1> (further respectively - the participant, the SEZ) records the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone (further - STZ), and the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under customs procedure of STZ (further in case of joint mentioning - Goods), from the date of goods placement under customs procedure of STZ or from the date of transfer to the participant of right of possession, use and (or) the order of goods.
