1. Approve the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of reduction of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2018 No. 399 "About rates of import customs duties of the Republic of Tajikistan" in compliance with this Commodity nomenclature, till March 1, 2024 to develop the corresponding project of regulatory legal act and to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the relevant ministries and departments to bring the industry acts into accord with the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify relevant international organizations on adoption of this resolution.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 25, 2021 No. 499 "About the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan".

6. Enact this resolution since March 1, 2024.
