According to item 4 of part two of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", the paragraph of the fourteenth Item 12 of the Regulations on unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2018 No. 1024 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 15, 2023 to No. 866), Item 3 of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the licensed register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 26, 2020 No. 755, for the purpose of ensuring maintaining licensed registers I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on functional subsystem "Information and analytical system of licensing of types of economic activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which is applied.
2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Grintsov M.) to provide to department of interaction with National police of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
