According to item 4 of part two of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", the paragraph of the fourteenth Item 12 of the Regulations on unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2018 No. 1024 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 15, 2023 to No. 866), Item 3 of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the licensed register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 26, 2020 No. 755, for the purpose of ensuring maintaining licensed registers I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on functional subsystem "Information and analytical system of licensing of types of economic activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which is applied.

2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Grintsov M.) to provide to department of interaction with National police of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on functional subsystem "Information and analytical system of licensing of types of economic activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines the main objectives, the purpose, structure of functional subsystem "Information and analytical system of licensing of types of economic activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further - IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs), and also procedure for information access in IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs and its processings.

2. In this Provision terms are used in the following values:

general access - the mode of access to public information in the field of licensing of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which provides use, distribution and storage of such information and does not require electronic identification of the personality;

users - authorized persons of subjects of IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs which are in accordance with the established procedure granted the appropriate rights of information access in IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs, and other persons who use information in the field of licensing of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to the procedure of general access;

primary data - register information from the public electronic register and/or information and communication system which are subjects to electronic information exchange;

subjects of IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs - authorized division, job seekers of licenses and licensees (legal entities or physical persons - entrepreneurs);

authorized division - the structural division of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs providing licensing.

3. The procedure for forming, maintaining licensed registers and the list of the data containing in them are established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 26, 2020 No. 755 "About approval of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the licensed register".

4. The owner and the manager of IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs is the state on behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which performs organizational, normative legal support of functioning of IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs and control of observance of requirements of maintaining IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs. The owner of information processed in IASL Ministry of Internal Affairs is the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
