Procedure for issue by customs authority of the export permit of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, and (or) the goods made (received) of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone for own production and technological needs

1. The decision on issue of the export permit of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone and (or) the goods made (received) of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, and not declared by resident of the territory of the advancing development or resident of the territory of the free port of Vladivostok (further respectively - resident of TORAHS, resident of SPV) as intended for own production and technological needs (further respectively - STZ, Permission) is accepted by customs authority in which region of activities the parcel of land provided to resident of TORAHS or resident of SPV, representatives on carrying out customs control over observance of conditions of use of goods according to customs procedure of STZ is located (further - authorized customs authority), based on the statement of resident of TORAHS (resident of SPV) for commodity exportation placed under customs procedure of STZ, and (or) goods made (received) of the goods placed under customs procedure of STZ for own production and technological needs (further - the Statement).

1) the Application is submitted in the form established by the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of customs affairs according to part 5 of article 25.5 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About the territories of the advancing development in the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law No. 473-FZ) for resident of TORAHS and part 4 of article 26.2 of the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 212-FZ "About the free port of Vladivostok" (further - the Federal Law No. 212-FZ) for resident of SPV if the application is submitted on paper;
