The resident included in the list of residents created by the Bank of Russia according to the paragraph the sixth parts 6 of article 22 of the Federal Law of December 10, 2003 No. 173-FZ "About currency control and currency exchange control" (further respectively - resident, the list of residents, the Federal Law No. 173-FZ), provides in the Bank of Russia on the consolidated basis information on the assets and liabilities nominated in foreign currency and (or) subjects to payment in currency of the Russian Federation and (or) foreign currency for benefit of nonresidents by such residents and (or) legal entities (including created according to the legislation of foreign states and having the location outside the territory of the Russian Federation) who are affiliated economic societies of the specified resident (in the presence), about obligations of nonresidents to such resident and (or) legal entities (further respectively - assets and liabilities, legal entities) one of the following methods:

in electronic form in the form of the file (files) with the *.xls (*.xlsx) or *.doc (*.docx) expansion (with possibility of its preserving on electronic media of information, search and copying in it (them) any fragment means for viewing) signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature according to part 1 of article 17.2 of the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 No. 63-FZ "About the digital signature" by means of private office on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet according to the procedure established by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of October 5, 2021 No. 5969-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with the credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions, persons rendering professional services in the financial market and other participants of information exchange when using of information resources of the Bank of Russia by them including private office" <1> (further - private office) (in case of availability at resident of access to private office);
