About state regulation of development of aircraft

This Federal Law determines the legal basis of state regulation of development of aircraft in the Russian Federation.
In this Federal Law the following basic concepts are applied:
state regulation of development of aircraft - system of economic and legal regulation of development of aircraft and aviation activities, state support and protection of the Russian developers, producers, operators and owners of the aircraft equipment;
aircraft - the state aircraft (the state military aircraft and the state aircraft of special purpose), civil aviation, experimental aircraft, the aviation industry, infrastructure of air transport, single system of air traffic management and the aircraft equipment;
aviation activities - the organizational, productive, scientific and other activity of physical persons and legal entities directed to support and development of aircraft, satisfaction of needs of economy and the population in airborne transportations, aviation works and services, including to creation and use of airfield network and the airports, and the solution of other tasks;
the aviation industry - industry in which development, production, testing, repair and utilization of the aircraft equipment are performed;
infrastructure of air transport - airfields, the airports, objects of single system of air traffic management, the centers and control centers flights of aircraft, collection points, storages and information processing in the field of aviation activities, the objects of storage of the aircraft equipment, the centers and the equipment for training of aircrew used when implementing aviation activities other constructions and the equipment;
