About some questions of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Form republican public institution "Committee of artificial intelligence and development of innovations of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Liquidate republican public institution "Committee of geodesy and cartography of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 501 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 24 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments:

in Item 1:

add the Section "Republican State Companies" with the subitem 4) of the following content:

"4) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of geodesy and spatial information" the Ministries of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

exclude item 4.
