About entering of amendments into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021 (further - the code) with Article 375.1 of the following content:
"375.1. Repeated opening of the liquidated wells or implementation of water use from underground water resources without the permission on water use or well-drilling for the purposes of water use without the permission on water use or repeated opening of tinned wells without the permission on water use
1. Repeated opening of the liquidated wells or implementation of water use from underground water resources without the permission on water use, or well-drilling for the purpose of water use without the permission on water use, or repeated opening of tinned wells without the permission on water use if it caused property or other essential damage in large sizes to the rights, freedoms or legitimate interests of person or the organization, farm, buildings, cultural values, animal or flora or their inventories, the earth, to waters or other legitimate interests of society or state:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of forty to fifty, or social jobs for a period of hundred fifty till two hundred fifty o'clock, or short-term imprisonment for a period of one up to two months, or imprisonment for the term of no more than four years.".
Article 2. To add article 385 of the code with part 3 following of content:
"3. In sense of this Article, for the sake of appearances whitefish the amount (cost) exceeding 150 000 dram of the Republic of Armenia is considered the large size.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
