Procedure for issue, refusal in issue, renewals, cancellations of the registration form of catch (export, re-export) of the Antarctic and Patagonian canines;

Procedure for issue, refusal in issue, renewals, cancellations confirmation of origin of water bioresources (the certificate of legality of extraction of water bioresources from the circle of their dwelling for export of products of catching, the certificate of re-export of the imported catching products, form of confirmation of conversion of the imported catching products for their export).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

Procedure for issue, refusal in issue, renewals, cancellations of permission to special use of water bioresources outside jurisdiction of Ukraine

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of issue, refusal in issue, renewals, cancellations of permission to special use of water bioresources outside jurisdiction of Ukraine (further - permission) taking into account the requirements established by the Laws of Ukraine "About fishery, industrial fishery and protection of water bioresources" (further - the Law), "About administrative services", "About authorization system in the field of economic activity", "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services".

2. Permission is the document certifying the right of the subject of fishery to perform special use of water bioresources outside jurisdiction of Ukraine with observance of the regulations provided by international treaties of Ukraine, the legislation of the corresponding foreign states or the international organizations for management of fishery.

Permission is issued by Gosrybagentstv on each fishing boat separately, in the Ukrainian and English languages in forms according to appendices 1 and 2. Upon the demand of the International organization for management of fishery or the coastal state in which waters implementation of special use of water bioresources by the fishing boat under National Flag of Ukraine is planned except English, other foreign language acceptable for control facilities of such state can be used.
