About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. (dalee-Kodeks) to add part 1 of Article 236 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 with Item 12 of the following content:

Article 2. Add the code with Chapter 36.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 36.1. Production on cases on penetration into the disease center without the consent of person, carrying out epidemiological inspection (investigation) and (or) preventive and anti-epidemic actions for occasion of case and (or) center of disease and (or) holding anti-epidemic actions
Article 276.1. The bases for access to the disease center without the consent of the person
1. For the purpose of epidemiological monitoring, prevention of diseases and ensuring public health care in case of registration of the diseases, flashes, epidemics, pandemics or events which are subject to accounting and the message, established by regulations of public health care for access to the disease center without the consent of the person, for carrying out epidemiological inspection (investigation) and/or preventive and anti-epidemic actions in case and/or the center of disease if person did not give the consent to access to the disease center, otherwise persons, stipulated in Article 276.2 of this Code, have the right to take a legal action with the requirement about access to the disease center without the consent of person.
