1. Establish the following military administrative division of the Russian Federation:

The Leningrad Military District - in administrative borders of the Republic of Karelia, the Komi Republic, the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod and Pskov regions, St. Petersburg, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug;

2. Make to acts of the President of the Russian Federation changes according to the list according to appendix.
