1. Determination of day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization, whose shares were included in the list of the securities admitted by the organizer of trade to organized trading including in the quoted list, without observance of the requirements specified in part 13 of article 9 of the Federal Law of August 4, 2023 to No. 470-FZ "About features of regulation of the corporate relations in the economic societies which are economically significant organizations" (further respectively - economically significant organization, shares, the Federal Law No. 470-FZ), is performed by the organizer of trade based on the offer of economically significant organization on day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization (further - the offer) sent by economically significant organization to the organizer of trade along with the statement, stipulated in Item 2 parts 11 of article 9 of the Federal Law No. 470-FZ (further - the statement).

Day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization shall be in the time frame equal to 6 months from the date of submission of the statement, except for case, the stipulated in Item 3 presents of the Instruction.

2. The offer shall be considered by the organizer of trade no later than 5 working days about one the day specified in the offer in time. By results of consideration of the offer the organizer of trade makes the decision on determination of day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization.

The decision on determination of day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization, excellent from specified in the offer, is accepted by the organizer of trade in coordination with economically significant organization.

Day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization shall not be determined before day of introduction by the registrar or depositary of information on owners of shares of economically significant organization according to part 10 of article 7 of the Federal Law No. 470-FZ. The organizer of trade opens on the official site on the Internet information on day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization according to the paragraph third Item 9.1 of the Provision of the Bank of Russia of February 24, 2016 No. 534-P "About the admission of securities to the organized biddings" <1>.

Day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization can be changed by the organizer of trade in case of representation by economically significant organization to the organizer of trade of the offer on change of day of the beginning of trading in shares determined by the organizer of trade according to Item of 1 this Instruction containing reasons for such change (further - the offer on change of day).

In case of submission of the offer on change of day to the organizer of trade day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization shall be in the time frame equal to 3 months from the date of representation by economically significant organization to the organizer of trade of the offer on change of day.

The offer on change of day is submitted to the organizer of trade no later than 3 working days before day of the beginning of trading in shares of economically significant organization determined by the organizer of trade according to Item of 1 this Instruction.

4. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
