Based on part four of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2022 "On regulation of safety when using atomic energy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 208-Z
1. Determine:
the description of the warning sign designating safety area borders with particular legal regime in the territory adjacent to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" according to appendix 1;
the image of the warning sign designating safety area borders with particular legal regime in the territory adjacent to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" according to appendix 2.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

2. Background of the warning sign blue, texts are executed in white color with equalization on the center of the warning sign.

6. In case of installation the warning sign shall be oriented along the line of border of the safety area with particular legal regime to the territories adjacent to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" so that its face (with texts) was turned to outer side of the specified border.
