1. In 2024 at the expense of means of the republican budget:

1.1. compensate to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank of loss from the loan granting issued to republican unitary production trade enterprise "Orshansky Flax Processing Business" on construction of office housing for his workers according to Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2010 No. 663, in the amount of difference between the refunding rate of National Bank operating for date of compensation increased no more than by 3 percent points of margin and the rate on the credit established in the amount of 5 annual interest rates;

1.2. provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture:

compensate to republican unitary production trade enterprise "Orshansky Flax Processing Business" percent on the credit obtained in the amount of 51 834 700 US dollars according to the Credit agreement on provision of the soft consumer credit for project implementation "Upgrade of RUPTP "Orshansky flax processing business" with expansion of production on Ulitsa Molodezhnaya, 3, in Orsha. The second stage of upgrade" between the Government of the Republic of Belarus on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and Export-import Bank of China of December 30, 2015, in the amount of 100 percent of rate on the credit.

percent on the loans granted to Kamvol open joint stock company according to Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2013 No. 510, in the amount of 100 percent of rate on the credits, but no more than 8 annual interest rates.

2. Provide to the Ministry of Finance in 2024 compensation of losses, compensation and interest payment (part of percent) on the credits according to Item 1 of this resolution within the means of the republican budget provided on these purposes in 2024.

Conditions of rendering the state support provided in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of this resolution, and also person on whom the personal responsibility for their accomplishment is conferred are determined respectively in Items 9 and 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2010 No. 663, subitem 6.2 of Item 6 and Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2012 No. 205, subitem 4.4 of item 4 and Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2013 No. 510.
