1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of export and storage of the tobacco products withdrawn from illicit trafficking, tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and nicotinic raw materials, and also the specified products used for production and raw materials of semifinished products, in, transport, consumer pack (packaging), labels;

Rules of destruction by a court decision the tobacco products withdrawn from illicit trafficking or confiscated, tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and nicotinic raw materials, and also the specified products used for production and raw materials of semifinished products, in, transport, consumer pack (packaging), labels;

Rules of dismantle, export and storage out of the place of withdrawal of the capital processing equipment withdrawn from the illicit trafficking specified in Items 2 and 4 of part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production";

Rules of utilization by a court decision the capital processing equipment withdrawn from illicit trafficking specified in Items 2 and 4 of part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production";

Determine that information on the size of costs for criminal case or case on administrative offense is provided by the territorial authority of the Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets located at the smallest distance from the place of withdrawal of tobacco products, tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and nicotinic raw materials, semifinished products, in, transport, consumer pack (packaging), labels used for production of tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and the nicotinic raw materials, the capital processing equipment specified in Items 2 and 4 of part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production", in time, not exceeding 12 working days from the date of receipt of request of authorized body or the official, according to which solution withdrawal of the specified property is made or in production of which there is criminal case or case on administrative offense, and also request of judicial authority, with indication of date as of which it is required to determine costs, with application of documents, confirming availability and the sizes of the costs carried to costs.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to determine:
