About implementation of measures for suppression illegal productions and (or) turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production

According to article 13 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production", article 82 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation and article 27.10 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of export and storage of the tobacco products withdrawn from illicit trafficking, tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and nicotinic raw materials, and also the specified products used for production and raw materials of semifinished products, in, transport, consumer pack (packaging), labels;

Rules of destruction by a court decision the tobacco products withdrawn from illicit trafficking or confiscated, tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and nicotinic raw materials, and also the specified products used for production and raw materials of semifinished products, in, transport, consumer pack (packaging), labels;

Rules of dismantle, export and storage out of the place of withdrawal of the capital processing equipment withdrawn from the illicit trafficking specified in Items 2 and 4 of part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production";
