About determination of the commitment form on realization of pilot project, the list of the documents attached to it and procedure for their giving

Based on part three of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for realization and financing of pilot projects in the field of the digital development approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2023 No. 381, of subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine the commitment form on realization of pilot project in the field of digital development (further if other is not established, – pilot project) according to appendix 1.

2. Determine that the initiator of pilot project submits the application for realization of pilot project and documents attached to it according to the list according to appendix 2 to the Center of perspective researches in the field of digital development of Giprosvyaz open joint stock company in one of the following forms:

in writing – in document type on paper, numbered, stitched, signed by the head of the initiator of pilot project or person authorized by it with appendix of the electronic copy by means of mail service or the courier (courier);

electronically – in the form of the electronic document by means of system of interdepartmental electronic document management of state bodies.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
