Rules of issue of the confirmation specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2024 to No. 394 "About measures for implementation of subitem 7.1.66 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of tomatoes fresh or cooled";

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:

a) within 8 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to distribute between participants of foreign trade activity amounts of tomatoes concerning which the tariff privilege, according to Rules for apportionment of amount of separate types of tomatoes fresh or cooled is provided, concerning which the tariff privilege provided by subitem 7.1.66 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" is provided, approved by this resolution;

b) within 9 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to post on the official site the Ministries of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on the Internet data on the amounts of tomatoes distributed according to the subitem "an" of this Item between participants of foreign trade activity concerning which the tariff privilege is provided;

c) perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of the confirmation specified in Item 1 of this resolution, according to Rules of issue of the confirmation specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2024 to No. 394 "About measures for implementation of subitem 7.1.66 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of tomatoes fresh or cooled", approved by this resolution.

Determine that ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties is not provided in case of conditional release of tomatoes concerning which the tariff privilege is provided and which are located under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using privileges on payment of import customs duties, the taxes integrated to restrictions on use and (or) the order with these goods.
