For the purpose of implementation of subitem 7.1.66 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of tomatoes fresh or cooled and according to article 55 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation is the authorized body of the Russian Federation performing issue of confirmation about reference of imported goods to the goods specified in subitem 7.1.66 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union", concerning tomatoes fresh or cooled (codes 0702 00 000 1, 0702 00 000 2, 0702 00 000 3 and 0702 00 000 4 CN FEA EEU), except for tomatoes ridge, oblong (extended) and vishnevidny (including cocktail grades of tomatoes) forms, sredneplodny and large-fruited (further - tomatoes concerning which the tariff privilege is provided).
