About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 No. 97

Based on subitems 3.1 and 3.4 of Item 3 and in pursuance of subitem 10.1 of Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 "About purchase of products of crop production" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 97

1. Establish the list of suppliers * to which in 2024-2025 subsidies for payment of part of interest for using the loans granted by banks in 2024 according to part one of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 to No. 97, according to appendix are provided.

* For the purposes of this resolution the term "supplier" is used in the value determined in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 No. 97.

2. The subsidies specified in Item 1 of this resolution are provided to suppliers monthly on the loans granted for:

calculations for maslosemen of colza of harvest of 2024, delivered for republican state needs, including for their advance payment (advance payments), cost recoveries on their production (but not above production cost), - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent on the loans granted in Belarusian rubles;

calculations for barley brewing harvest of 2024, delivered for republican state needs, including for its advance payment (advance payment), cost recovery on its production (but not above production cost), - in the amount of 75 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent on the loans granted in Belarusian rubles;

calculations for other products of crop production of harvest of 2024 delivered for republican state needs, including for its advance payment (advance payments), cost recovery on production of these products (but not above production cost), - in the amount of 100 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent on the loans granted in Belarusian rubles;

the settlings of suppliers which are the organizations of consumer cooperation with physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, and the manufacturing organizations for harvest of 2024 of potatoes, including seed, grains, fruit and berries fresh (including wild-growing), vegetables and mushrooms (including wild-growing), birch sap and payment of transport services (expenses) in delivery of these products, - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent on the loans granted in Belarusian rubles;

payments of transport services (expenses) in the product delivery of crop production of harvest of 2024 delivered for republican state needs - in the sizes specified in paragraphs the second or fourth this Item for the corresponding type of products.

3. Determine that buyers of agricultural products * perform the types of economic activity relating according to the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus OKRB 005-2011 "Types of economic activity" to subsection of CA "Production of Food, Drinks and Tobacco Products", the Section 10 "Production of Food", except for the groups "Conversion and Conservation of Meat and Production of Meat and Myasosoderzhashchy Products", "Conversion and Conservation of Fish, Crustacea and Molluscs", "Conversion and Conservation of Fruit and Vegetables", "Production of Dairy Products", "Production of Bakery, Macaroni and Flour Confectionery", "Production of Ready-made Feeds for Animals" and subclasses "Production of cocoa, chocolate and sugary confectionery", "Production of tea and coffee", "Production of spices and seasonings", "Production of ready foodstuff" "Production of baby food and dietary foodstuff", "Production of the food which are not included in other groups", to the Section 11 "Production of Drinks".

4. Suggest banks to provide monthly to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Finance, the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom * and to the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry * information on the size (limit) of total amount of the credits according to the credit agreements signed for the purposes specified in Item 2 of this resolution about amounts of the actual issue and repayment of the credits for the accounting period.
