About entering of amendment into the Law "About Bases of Administration and Administrative Production"

Article 1. Add part 1 of article 74 of the Law of February 18, 2004 with ZR-41 "About bases of administration and administrative production" the Item "e" of the following content:
"e) in cases when the decision on collection of the unpaid tax liabilities and (or) seizure of the money which is available on bank accounts of the taxpayer in the amount of the unpaid obligation and also on the personal or real estate providing registration or accounting of property rights in the procedure established by the law is disputed.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since July 1, 2026.
