Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Features of implementation of ministerial procedure:
1.1. the name of authorized body (jurisdiction of ministerial procedure) – the Ministry of Health;

The regulations on procedure for state registration of dietary supplements to food of production of People's Republic of China approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2023 No. 569 (further – the Provision);
1.3. other available features of implementation of ministerial procedure:
1.3.1. interested persons are the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus with the location in the territory of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" acting as the representative as the manufacturer (producer) of person or the importer;
1.3.2. the organizational and technical works connected with documents acceptance, maintaining the Register of the dietary supplements to food (further, if is not determined other, – dietary supplement) productions of People's Republic of China (further – the People's Republic of China) registered in the People's Republic of China which underwent state registration (further – the Register), preparation of the statement from the Register, are performed by public institution "Republican center of hygiene, epidemiology and public health";
1.3.3. appeal of the executive decision is performed judicially.
