1. Determine that:

1.1. * within information exchange personal data are transferred to the national operator in the following structure:

persons responsible for providing subject to tracking with navigation seals, concerning the subjects to tracking provided by the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022 (further - the Agreement):

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number, the e-mail address (in the presence) the driver in transit subject to tracking by road transport;

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number, the e-mail address (in the presence) the individual entrepreneur who is carrier or the authorized representative of the individual entrepreneur who is carrier;

customs authorities in the relation:

the subjects to tracking provided by the Agreement:

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number (in the presence), the e-mail address (in the presence) the individual entrepreneur who is carrier or the authorized representative of the individual entrepreneur who is carrier;

from documents and (or) data from the documents specified in paragraphs the fourth or seventh Item 2 of article 7 of the Agreement, or determined according to Item 3 of article 7 of the Agreement;

the goods transported with use of system of tracking (monitoring) of the international transit traffic of goods with use of navigators (seals) (further - system):

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number (in the presence), the e-mail address (in the presence) the driver in transit subject to tracking by road transport;

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number, the e-mail address (in the presence) the individual entrepreneur who is carrier or the authorized representative of the individual entrepreneur who is carrier;

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the service employee of customs authority;

1.2. the national operator within information exchange transfers personal data in the following structure:

to customs authorities concerning the subjects to tracking provided by the Agreement and also the goods transported with use of system:

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number (in the presence), the e-mail address (in the presence) the driver in transit subject to tracking by road transport;

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number, the e-mail address (in the presence) the individual entrepreneur who is carrier or the authorized representative of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur who are carriers;

To the Ministry of Emergency Situations concerning the goods transported with use of system:

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number (in the presence), the e-mail address (in the presence) the driver in transit subject to tracking by road transport;

surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), phone number, the e-mail address (in the presence) the individual entrepreneur who is carrier or the authorized representative of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur who are carriers;

1.3. the personal data specified:

in paragraphs three and the fourth subitem 1.1 of this Item, are transferred until imposing of navigation seal by their representation to the national operator in oral, written or electronic forms;

in paragraphs seven and the eighth subitem 1.1 of this Item, are transferred after adoption by customs authority of the decision on application of navigation seal and until imposing of navigation seal by their direction to information system of the national operator or by submission of such data to the national operator in writing purposely;

in paragraphs the tenth or twelfth subitem 1.1 of this Item, are transferred until imposing of the navigator (seal) by their direction to information system of the national operator or by submission of such data to the national operator in writing purposely;

in paragraphs three and the fourth subitem 1.2 of this Item, are transferred by representation:

remote access to information system of the national operator upon the demand of customs authority;

possibilities of reading by means of technologies of wireless digital communication by the service employee of customs authority;

in paragraphs six and the seventh subitem 1.2 of this Item, are transferred by representation of remote access to information system of the national operator upon the demand of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
